Amendments by the Tax Amendment Act to the Income Tax Act

The Tax Amendment Act, 2020 was assented to by HE the President on the 25th of April, 2020. The amendments to the Income Tax Act came into effect on the date of assent, i.e. the 25th of April, 2020.
